In winter ski in Courmayeur, as we are 10′ away by car (and just one block from the bus stop), but you are also nearby La Thuile (20′) and Pila/Aosta (30′). You also can cross country ski in Arpy, only 9 km away, in the slopes of Val Ferret and Cogne. Lots of walking from our doorstep, as well as snowshoeing. In summer the trekking is endless, mountain biking, road cycling and white water rafting. Golf in Courmayeur and alpine pools, all at your doorstep.

The flat has two bedrooms, two shower rooms, one living room with chimney, same chimney looking towards the dining room and open plan kitchen. There are two balconies.
Room one has a double bedroom and an en-suite shower room.
Room two has two twin beds and one pull out single bed.
There is a sofa bed in the living room.
Ideally the apartment is for four, five can be ok and maximum 6.
No parties are allowed.
No smoking.
No loud noise between 9 PM and 8 AM.
Small children are allowed but there is no cot-bed, stair gates, nor high chair or toddler plates/cutlery.
This apartment is bang in the middle of Morgex, one block from the church. You have plenty restaurants and bars just steps from it. The apartment has a garage box that accepts our car which is a Grand Picasso C4 (just!).
